Mallory Adams-Faulkner

As Chief Operating Officer at TrueNorth Wealth, I combine strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to client success. I lead by example and believe there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing teammates grow in confidence and skill. Watching others expand their abilities and take on new challenges is one of the best parts of my role.

I was raised on a cattle ranch in Idaho, where I learned the value of hard work, resilience, and community. My grandparents, who dedicated their lives to serving others, taught me that true wealth lies in generosity and giving back. Those lessons continue to shape how I approach leadership and life.

Before joining TrueNorth, I owned and operated a small business, served as a school director, and worked as an operations manager for an insurance brokerage. I also gained international experience while apprenticing under an Olympic equestrian in Germany. Across each role, I’ve found that persistence, organization, and clear communication are essential to achieving meaningful results.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications, which gave me the tools to pair strong leadership with effective communication. At TrueNorth, I focus on ensuring the firm runs with precision and efficiency while never losing sight of what matters most: the client’s experience.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about health, fitness, and personal growth. CrossFit keeps me grounded and challenges me both physically and mentally. I’m also an avid equestrian and find joy in traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors — pursuits that continually broaden my perspective and keep me inspired.
